"I am writing this letter to because I couldn't be happier regarding my recent home purchase. I had the
pleasure of working with Edward Zmuda. From the outset, I feel that he carefully listened to what I was
looking for and did not waste my time. I had a list of specific features I was looking for in a home as well as a
few areas where I wanted to relocate. Due to the nature of my job I did not have a lot of time to dedicate to
finding the right home. From the beginning, I wanted to move slowly and asked Ed to just send me the listings
and I would take some time to go by and see if I was interested. Ed sent me listings that were tailored to
