"I’m writing this letter to because I couldn’t be happier regarding my recent home purchase. I had the
pleasure of working with Edward Zmuda. From the outset, I feel that he carefully listened to what I was
looking for and did not waste my time. I had a list of specific features I was looking for in a home as well as a

was looking for and more! The offer was accepted and I’ve been living in the house for a while now.
Ed listened and was there for me to help out whenever I needed him. He is truly a professional and really
